Criminal Investigations:
The Criminal Investigations Division is responsible for investigating crimes against persons, property, and the peace and order of our community (vice crimes). The Divisions services and units include; Crime Scene Evidence Technician, Crimes against persons, Cyber Crimes, Fraudulent Activity, Narcotics Investigations, Property Crimes, and Vice Crimes.

Special Operations Division:
The Special Operations Division is an integral part of the Office of the City Marshal/DeFuniak Springs Police. The primary purpose is to provide communications, technology, volunteer services, and manage various essential functions. The Special Operations Division responsibilities include; Agency Emergency Operations, Agency Security, Auxiliary / Reserve Officers, Forms and Records Administration, Information Technology, 911 Communications, and Website Administration.

Uniform Patrol Division:
The Uniform Patrol Division is responsible for responding to calls for service throughout the City of DeFuniak Springs.
