The Administrative Bureau is under the command of Captain Joshua Steinman. The Bureau is responsible for the administrative support of the department and actively works to identify ways and means of providing enhanced services and functions that translate into improved customer and community service.

Investigative Services Bureau:
The Investigative Services Bureau falls is under the command of Captain Victor Medico and is responsible for conducting general and specialized investigations. The bureau includes the Homicide Unit, Special Enforcement Division, General Crimes Unit, Crime Scene Unit, Group Violence Unit, and other Federal Task Forces.

Operations Bureau:
The Operations Bureau is under the command of Captain Jason Fields. The Operations Bureau provides police services 24 hours a day, responding to emergencies, investigating crimes, crashes, and much more. Embracing a community policing philosophy, all members of the bureau work with the community to prevent crime and resolve neighborhood issues. The bureau represents 66% of the department’s personnel.
