Divisions And Sections
Administration Division
The Commander of the Administration Division is responsible for the management of the division. They ensure that the department’s standard operating procedures are established and maintained.
Records
The Records Section is the central repository for all reports generated by the New Port Richey Police Department. This section provides copies of reports and fingerprinting to the public. Requests can be made in person, by email, fax, or telephone.
Communications Section
Our 9-1-1 Communications Center handles all incoming calls for service for law enforcement and fire within the city limits. This section has established call-handling procedures for emergency and non-emergency situations.
Operations Division
The Operations Division consists of the Patrol Bureau; Criminal Investigation Bureau; Victim Advocate; Street Crimes Unit and the department’s Auxiliary Police Officer Program. This division is responsible for overseeing the department’s law enforcement involvement in “Special Events” scheduled within the city.
