Orange City Police Department Divisions:
Criminal Investigation:
The Criminal Investigation Division of the Police Department is comprised of two full-time Detectives. These two detectives are responsible for investigating all unsolved crimes within the city limits. These crimes can range from simple theft to homicide.
Patrol Division:
The Patrol Division has six major objectives: Prevention of crime, Repression of crime, Traffic enforcement and education, Apprehension of offenders, Recovery of stolen property and provide various miscellaneous services.
Records Division:
The records division is responsible for maintaining control and custody of all police records and citations according to state statute. Records reviews, enters, processes, disseminates and distributes the records as needed. Payments for city citations, code enforcement, animal tags, and fingerprints are submitted through records.
