The Investigation Division is commanded by Captain Anthony Russo. This division is subdivided into three sections: Criminal Investigation Section, Victim Assistance Vice, Narcotics, Organized Crime Section, and Community Redevelopment Policing Unit.
Operations Division:
The Operations Division is administered by Captain Brian Unmisig who is responsible for the preliminary investigation of calls for police service. His responsibilities include the supervision of the Patrol Section and the Special Operations Unit.
Services Division:
The responsibilities of this division include Agency Policy Development and Review, Accreditation Management, Coordination of Public Information, Department Wide Communications, Overseeing the Training for the Entire Agency and Youth Services Functions, Police Records Management, Public Records Dissemination, and Recruitment.
