Administrative Services
The Administrative Services Bureau consists of the 3 Divisions: Professional Standards, Fiscal & Records Management, and Communications Services.
The Professional Standards Division
The Professional Standards Division is responsible for protecting the public trust and maintaining the integrity of the Naples Police Department.
The Fiscal and Records Management Division
The Fiscal and Records Management Division is responsible for establishing the Department’s budgetary needs, fiscal accounting, controlling purchases and expenditures, payroll and human resources, maintaining records, filling up public records requests, equipment inventories, and police facility management.
The Communications Division
The Communications Division is responsible for receiving all emergency 9-1-1, and non-emergency calls, evaluating the information, and dispatching police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians based on the critical services required.
