Marion Regional Juvenile Detention Center is located in Ocala, FL, and serves the counties of Citrus, Marion, Hernando, Sumter, and Lake. This is a hardware secure facility with 60 beds, and it is in a small city, located in the North Region.

It functions as an alternative school. As of the 2018-2019 school year, it had 45 students. Visitation
Visitation is available on Tuesday and Saturday. Approved visitors are parents, grandparents, and legal guardians. Legal counsel, clergy, and law enforcement are also permitted to visit. Others may visit only with the approval of the superintendent or by court order. All visitors must sign in with photo ID. All visitors may be electronically searched and may not bring in personal items.
