Troy was very helpful and genuinely kind. I spoke to a few bail bonds the previous day and they were not very nice to me. Troy was very helpful throughout the process and his smile is infectious. I definitely recommend using Green Cove Springs Bail Bonds if you are ever in this unfortunate situation.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I have Autism and I was struggling to understand why I had to pay them more for something than I had in the past. I was immediately kicked out of the business for “arguing” because I asked a question. Read similiar reviews about their rudeness to questions. The other employee decided to mouth off “you should learn the law on how bonds work” I said no sir, that’s your job and it’s your job to explain how it works when everyday customers come to you for business. The owner couldn’t even stop finishing stuffing his face with his sandwich to talk to me. Bread crumbs were being spit all over the table as he was telling me to leave. When I walked out the door, the owner said to me “take your girlfriend back across the border and don’t come back”. This was extremely racist and hateful thing to say. Needless to say we recommend avoiding this place at ALL COSTS! There are like 5 different bondsman within a quarter mile of the jail, there is no need to give these racist bondsman your money, they don’t offer anything special, and clearly their customer skills are terrible.
