Going through a tough situation is never easy, but Scott and Tom at Ace were a true lifesaver. They were incredibly understanding, patient, compassionate, and went above and beyond! And despite the chase they were a calming presence throughout the ordeal. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and support. 14 years later I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious to get my niece home, Scott was there to help me navigate the process.
