They seemed like they wanted to help at first but changed our payment agreement. They had my card number for a payment I made for my son and because my son was late on a payment decided, without authorization, to take the entire $410 owed out of my account and put me in a very bad place with my bills getting paid. Not fair especially since $600 had already been paid and the charges were dropped. Will not recommend them to anyone. Poor business practice and that was stealing in my book.

I called them at 2:30am and they called back right away. We paid and then didnt hear from them after that, they submitted the paperwork in the wrong name. We went to there location around 7am when the person was suppose to be released at 5:30am, by the way we sat at the jail waiting for the anthony to call us back. It is currently 8am and still nothing has happened. No call back or anything. Extremely disappointed with them.
