I spoke to Rebekah, blonde, yellow-tinted glasses, pink keyboard. When I first arrived to the building it looked closed. Im aware they say they’re open 24/7 and they do have a sign that says so, however, they also have another sign in the main door thats says Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. It was past 6 o’clock so I decided to call just to confirm. The phone was answered by Rebekah, I asked if they were open, and as rude as it can sound she said: “Well, Im in here.”
I went in there with my husband and my aunt. As we walked in I said “Good afternoon” (because thats how I was raised) and she just looked up. My aunt and I sat down in the two chairs and my husband sat in the chair right behind us. After I explained that we wanted to bail my friend out she started asking questions to which we answered. My aunt doesn’t speak English but she understands it, well, Rebekah got upset because she “can’t conversate with a person who does not speaks English” Rebekah was disrespectful throughout our entire interaction. My husband ended up co-signing because I did not have my ID on me. The following day, my friend had to come back to sign paperwork. Tell me why Rebekah asked my friend if I was married to which I found really weird. Rebekah, hun, Im not sure what you were trying to get here but we are not interested. Draw your own conclusions.

Rude as hell. Hung up on me in the middle of me asking a question about how virtual court works. Acted like he didn’t realize later on. Tried to get my mom to pay the money first at a STARBUCKS on a Saturday, then said they’d do paperwork on Monday. I know how bail works, we pay you, the person gets out that day. Tried to tell us it was going to take 12 hours until after her bond was posted for her to get out, or that it might take until Sunday. Went somewhere else, they’re getting her out in 6. Sounds like laziness to me. Waste of time.
